Then, fill out our registration contact form below. We'll need to know about your child(ren) and you. The form is easy to submit and we will contact you to confirm payment. Once you register for a class with our new online registration form, please call to provide payment information. We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. Please call the front desk to finalize payment and to hold your child's spot in class.
When you register your child for a class, you are required to agree to Elite Gymnastics' waiver as it is required for participate in any and all class activities.
